Back in july 2018 my internet connectin went down. I followed up with the customer support and they kept telling me to wait for 24 hrs and closing the tickets without my acknowledgement. This kept on going two weeks and i didn`t get my internet connection working. Although i had paid 3 months advance, i decided to move to some other reliable vendor.
I believe i did not use internet service worth of 2 months. But that is not my major concern here. Since then hathway support is bugging me by making calls to renew my connection. I told them that i am not interested to use their service anymore and they can cut my connection and take their modem and cable back.
But their support staff is so stupid that they would even call me again and say they have no idea about the matter and i should renew my connection. This has been going on more than 2 months as of now.
I am fed of recieving their spam calls and telling the reason why i don`t want to renew.
Please make then stop calling me and deactivate my connection Was this information helpful? |
