[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — delay in connection

I have paid by cheque on thursday for new connection. But local provider till did not give me the modem and even not receiving my call. Provider's name is rajendra from bangalore, contact no. [protected]. My sbi cheque no. Is 393772. I have paid rupees two thousand four hundred eighty on the date of 12/07/2017. Receipt no. Is 14602.
Please review my complain and solve the matter asap.
