[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — delay in fixing connectivity issues of wifi | |||||
Dear all, Hathaway broadband company haa jo. Complaint resolution mechanism put in place. The customer care and their supervisors are not accountable for resolution of issues. It's a week everyday am calling customer care and also put on fb on hathaway page, still they give false assurances of fixing the problem. Wifi has not been working nd still no resolution nor a call from hathway broadband team. Pls close this company from further sales and registrations.
