Dear sir I have submitted payment and documents before 5days to hathway engineer. But installation was not yet done till today. There is no response from customer care and feild engineer. I have posted mails in there complaint portal but the issue was not yet resolved. Please take this issue as priority and help me in resolving. Customer id :[protected] Thanks. While availing the internet service, I was given an offer of 50mbps speed. But I'm not even getting 1mbps of speed. Sent so many emails but not a single response.
