Hathway Cable & Datacom — Deposit not returned when broadband connection disconnected.

I moved from GM Palya to Immadihalli (both in Bangalore) in December 2016.
Hathway customer care told me that Hathway does not provide broadband service in the new area. So I requested broadband service to be disconnected. The connected was terminated on 24 December 2016. Hathway collected the router and modem on 7 January 2017 and told that the advance will be returned in 21 days. He gave me a slip stating that the modem is returned.
It has been over 3 months now. Every time I call Hathway customer care they tell me I will receive a call from finance department but I never get a call.

I used Hathway for 4 years and this is how Hathway cheats me when they can't provide broadband service at my new location.
