[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — did not receive refund and repeated calls from support | |||
Account number: [protected] About a year ago i had applied for hathway broadband but the turnaround time to getting the installation done and activated was more than a month. I cancelled my connection and applied for refund. A year later, i have yet to receive my refund. Hathway broadband has continuously (And daily for a year) called me about renewing my connection. I have expressed my disinterest and repeatedly told support to issue my refund to no avail. Please help resolve this issue. I would like my refund. I would also like my phone number and email address (All personal information) deleted from hathway database. I also want these calls from hathway support to stop.
