I have sent emails to hathway chennai helpdesk regarding my hathway broadband disconnection, through email & also booked a disconnect service request through customer care phone call. Still now did not get any response. I have recorded conversations and emails. Nearly more than 15 days raised multiple service request from the app to fix the broadband connection but they have closed all my issues without resolving the problems.
So finally decided to close my account with this dead modem.
Still no proper suppprt to close my account on time. This is to mark that issuse had been raised before from the day my broadband account stopped working
