[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — disconnection of hathway broadband

Hi,
I was customer of hathway broadband.
My account number is [protected].
I had raised disconnection service but there was no response.
Then i submitted the consumer complaint here and they got in touch with me.
They contacted me, assured about the disconnection and then collected the router also from my house.
But they are still torturing me with everyday calls to renew the account and pay
