Being a customer with hathway for over 3-4 years, am not getting satisfactory services.

3 days in a week, the internet is down or the internet connection in disturbed

After complaining in the office repeatedly, we dont get permanent solution. Your services are disgusting. The technician has only one solution - router is defective even though having changed the router for several times.
