Hathway Cable & Datacom — Downtime and poor support | |||||
Hathway is disconnecting the internet for maintenance very frequently, when talking to nodal officer (Mohan - bangalore [protected]) he is claiming they have send sms to intimate the same (Which is false claim, no sms send). Internet disconnects very frequently i have to manually disconnect and connect the ethernet cable multiple times a day. Pathetic service as hathway doesn't take complaint request claiming this is a known issue and the same comes under maintenance. They are not ready to extend the validaity (Down time of 24 hours) when payment is made/taken for uninterrupt service for 3 months. The response of nodal officer is final and there is no escalation matrix, if any one is planning to work from home beware of this. Hathyway has very irresponsible support team (Including the nodal officer). This issues will go un noticed as they never register a complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
