Hathway Cable & Datacom — erratic and poor cable connection and service | |||
I am staying in Mayur Vihar Phase I extension. The cable service in this area is very erratic and poor. Every other day the cable connection is disrupted. The person concerned have no idea or have no clue why this is happening. I have a problem with my set box and they are not ready to rectify or replace . I requested to change form conventional to HDMI but they don't show any interest. I have paid upto December 2018 in advance. When I ask them to disconnect my connection and refund the amount for the remaining period left there is no answer nor there is any response. The employees here in Hathaway are not cooperative and very casual. Request you to intervene and refund amount paid in advance form June to December 2018 or else I have to go for consumer redressal forum. Look forward for your early response.
