My internet is down since last 5 days. Inspite of continuous calls and dropping of emails to the customer care department there is no response at all and executives are very rude and no one is willing to help. The floor managers really dont know how to talk to the customers and this been the 5th day my internet issue is yet not rectified. Also every time i call them they are giving wrong excuses and lame promises.

They have this carefree attitude and don't value their customers at all.

Inspite of continuous calls and dropping of emails to the customer care department there is no response no technician has visited to check the problem The floor managers really dont know how to talk to the consumers Also every time i call them they are giving wrong excuses and lame promises and jus write down the service request ...refund my money and take away your router ..worst service

They have this carefree attitude and don't value their customers at all.
