Hathway Cable & Datacom — false promises and no refund | |
I have paid 2 months advance for broadband connection on 31st apr'19 and was promised that connection will be provided within 24 hours. Today is 9th may '19 and i am calling hathway customer care every day and they are not even bothered to respond back. Based on sales persons promise, i disconnected my existing broadband connection and now i have no broadband connection and my business is suffering because of this. Above that i got bill for apr'19 when there is no broadband connection. Hathway support team is pathetic and non responsive they have blocked my number and have stopped receiving calls or responding back. As hathway is incompetent to provide broadband connection at my residence, i demand immediate refund of the 2 months payment i have made. Also, nodal officer complaint on their website does not work.
