I am using hathway broadband service in east delhi (Shakarpur, school block part-2).
I renew my plan on 27th september 2019. Since 29th september morning before 6:30pm my modem show red light los connection.. I unable to use internet. I complaint hathway customer care for this issue and talk with them. They said today is sunday we don't have much technical employees available. And today is 30th september 2019.
I make complaint more and more... Red light los connection is resolved since 12:30 pm on 30th september 2019. But i can't use internet service... Because in hathway modem internet light is not blinking... I call customer once again to resolve this issue... They said to me we have facing server down.. Please, call us 1 hour.
I call customer service again... But they unable to resolve this issue.. They said we resolve this issue today before 6pm.
This is scam.. To looted customer. I am facing bad service and worst customer satisfaction.
Please help me, i will sue hathway in court.
