[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — forceful bill payment for connection by hathway | |||
Hi team My data plan for hathway broadband was active till 13th february 2020. I had before hand informed them via mail and call to deactivate my account after 13th february 2020 (Billing cycle ends) as i was moving out from the city. As per telephonic communication with their executive they had also asked for submitting modem and router (Which was suppose to be free for life time) to the security of building and they would collect from there. However till date i get calls from hathway to pay bill from period 14th feb 2020 cycle for which i have not used their services and connection was already deactivated. I've done this numerous calls but I still get calls to reconnect and this is really frustrating as I'm getting more than 10 calls per day
