[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — fraudulent and inappropriate behaviour from hathway customer care executive | |||
I am writing this with utter disappointment stating how a customer care executive lured out money from me with vague promise of providing appropriate service. I happened to be an old customer, and was eager to renew my account however, i reached out to a person named swaroopa in the no. +91-[protected] as i happened to have received a text some time back with an offer, please refer to the screenshots attached. As per our conversation, when i was assured i'd be provided with the service within hours, i went ahead with the payment. However its been more than 24 hours i haven't received any service more over the person who lured the money out of me has been ignoring my calls and have blocked my contact number for merely reaching out to her and seek an advise to what the update is. I would request your team to kindly check the matter and revert as soon as possible. A customer care executive is supposed to solve issues and not ignore and block a customer after duping and luring out money from them.
