You have the worst ISP in the area. ever since I have taken the connection, I have spent more time trying to reach your people for issues rather than spending time on browsing. Every day one new problem. Highlight is your customer care, after asking all details and going for technical help option, the line gets disconnected. I have all calls recorded which I have made to your sales and wiring executives since it involved multiple follow ups. However for collecting money the person turned out at the very first instance. Moreover your backend team is more irritating, making multiple calls to remind me for recharging the account - something which I am not even satisfied with. My account # is [protected].
