Hathway Cable & Datacom — getting marketing messages

Respected sir/madam,

I was an old hathway customer and i disconnected the connection almost 3 years back but even today i get calls and messages from them almost daily asking me to renew the connection. Acc no [protected]. I am not interested in getting hathway connection again and every time they call me i am telling them to remove my account details and not to call me. Despite doing this from past 1 year i still keep getting calls and messages from them. My mobile number is also registered under dnd.

Please look in to this and resolve this issue.
