The broadband people took my money and after a payment of 3000 rupees they promised me to set up everything within 48 hours but it has been 5 days and they have done nothing and even not picking up the calls deliberately..

They are refusing me the service when i have paid the entire money for three months in advance. They were very punctual and eager at the time of payment but at the time of setting up the wifi they are doing nothing and not even updating me about anything.

Updated by Arunika Roy Everyone is forwarding me to some other person. Is it my job to call these persons????? I have called 5 of them that i have been referred by the respective previous person and none of them did anything..

My job is to pay the money and the people should take care of setting it up .

What kind of incompetent and unprofessional people are these??

So far i have contacted Balaji, rohit, satish, nagarajo, reddy but no one, no one did anything.

Is this how you treat your customers????????????..

Updated by Arunika Roy Sir/madam, is this how the service is, the people do not even pick up the call and when calls just give false promises of coming in the evening and they don't and when they are called they dont even pick up the call??
