[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — harassment over phone calls

I've used hathway connection 2yrs back and shifted out of that home leaving the prepaid connection, i told them to disconnect it and they did the same, but they keep enquiring me about renewing my account when there is no coverage near my new home for about 2 yrs now, and now i'm getting calls about not returning their modem and threatening me with legal action. I've exchanged many calls with customer care of hathway, telling them to close my account and not contact again, giving them my address 5 times in 2018 to collect the modem, but nobody showed up to collect!! Now i'm being threatened by some fake callers from maharashtra who claim to be advocate kishore - [protected]
And some woman with my case file in hand-[protected],

I have recorded conversations of both the callers... Action against those fake callers will also be taken

My connection id is[protected]. I had called the customer executive and said to disconnect but they have not yet approved and keep flooding with sms and calls which is very irritating.
