I had a Hathway connection which I requested the company to disconnect.
They said they would come to pick up the modem and that it would take 30 days.
As a student who had to shift out of town I only had 5 days and I informed them of the same.
However I received no response form their side.
And now I am harassed on a daily basis by their executives by being called throughout the day.
As soon as I pick up they start speaking and before I can say anything, they cut the call.
They do this on a daily basis and if I try blocking a number, they call me from a new number.
When I called the Tollfree number they kept me on hold for 5-7 mins and then said they couldn’t do anything and that I had to file a complaint via a mail.
I accepted that and after I sent the mail, I realised that the mail I was given did not exist.
Please take some action so that I am not disturbed and harassed on a daily basis. Was this information helpful? |
