I am new customer of hathway broadband in noida. Got my internet activated today on 29th september 2017, 11:00 am. But, in just 1 hour, i came to the point that i have been fooled once again by another broadband company. The sales guy sold me 2000 gb plan with 50mbps speed. But the actual showing on the portal is 300gb with 4 mbps speed. I have paid security and the 1st month price= 1635 rupees in cash, but portal is showing 2283 outstanding on me. I have called customer care, they said it will take 4 hours to solve the issue. Now, being a very new customer whose internet just activated, facing this issue and they will solve in 4 hours! Do i am here to call the customer cares of the broadband companies and wait everytime!? I don't have any other work? I have been fooled. But, you better look for other company. But, not hathway for sure. Else you will get harassed too as i am facing now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
