I have subscribe hathway broadband for last three months. Till now i am not able to use the internet for a day due to los issue. We called the customer support and raised request, the answer replied by the customer support for this issue is by either account deactivated or physical wire problem Till now nothing is resolved and technicians are not capable of handling the request and priority of the issue. Again this month i called customer support and they informed to pay the money to activate the account i had pay the amount. But still now account i not activated and none of the technician not able to resolve the request. As of now i have raised 18 requests for last three months but nothing is resolved. Requesting people dont use the hathway broadband services in chennai region they are not capable of handling the request and not ready to resolve the customer request.
