I took a new hathway connection on 18th of aug, 2018 and was done with the payment of 3 months that is 2120 rs. On the same day and the device got the hardware installed on 21st august. The technician who came to fix the device informed that the connection will be activated from the same day after 3-4 hours, but unfortunately we have not received any password till now. The person who helped us in getting the connection is not responding after taking the payment. Further we have tried to reach out to several customer executives for so many times and they are mentioning that the ticket is still is process and would be fixed within a day.
Its mentioned in your website that it would take maximum of 72 hours and in this case it is almost going to be 6 days. I cannot wait any longer. This is the most pathetic service i have ever come across. Now i want to cancel my subscription and want to have my money back. Please start the refund as i have not used your internet even for 1 day because it is not even activated all thanks to your disgusting service.
