[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — hathway broadband

I applied for a new broadband connection on 20th march 2020 and also made the payment online and i was promised that the connection will be installed the very next day, but till today (26th march 2020) the connection is not installed. The customer executive who collected the payment doesn't receive the calls and the tickets raised on the app are not looked into. Basically no one is bothered about the customer and it's a pathetic internet service provider i have ever seen.

I paid Rs 1700 online for hathway WiFi on Saturday. But still I didn't get connection... No installation is done. I need refund... And moreover Hathway is not giving me the refund also
