Since I have shifted to new home, I requested for relocation of my existing connection to new address. I raised a formal request 5 days ago.
I have been following up with customer care & nodal office since 5 days. But all in vain.
Customer care and Nodal Office has been useless for me to relocate & restore my service since last 5 days. This has been impacting me financially. Its barely takes 20-30 mins to relocate.
I am done with false assurances & now blatant unresponsiveness of your customer service in place.
IF NOT, I would like to terminate services. Kindly refund my money from 9th Feb 2019 to end of March which I have prepaid.
