Hathway Cable & Datacom — hathway broadband service false promise | |||
Hi Sir, I have used Hathway broadband service for around 6 months, in this period they have done false promise multiple times with respect to offers. Last recharge I have done on 20 Feb 2019, which they told 1+1 month offer( I have taken mail confirmation). First 10days I could not use service as they had some technical issue. I have raised complaint for technical issue and extend my service. They disconnected my service on 20 Mar 2019 where I have used my service for just 20 days even though they have promised in offer for total :60 days. As this happened multiple times( I can give all those details, if needed), I went a head for termination of the connection. Hathway collected the Modem(router) and connection got terminated but They haven't deleted my account. I still get annoying messages and calls from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
