Sir,

I had taken hathway connection in 2014 and used the connection till may 2017 after which i shifted my house to another location in bangalore. Hence i informed them and deactivated my connection by paying all my dues leaving the router in my old house. I had informed them to collect the router from the house but no one came to collect. Since then i’m receiving the calls every week at least 2 times from hathway to renew my account. Every time i answered them politely that i have already deactivated my account and i dont need their connection anymore since i have already taken the connection in my new location. This type of calls continued for 8-9 months. After that they would email me saying notification for submission of device - avoid legal issue which i don’t have. I have replied to their email that they can still collect it from my old house but nobody came again to collect it. I have even replied to their mail before one year that i am ready to pay the router price if they are not able to get the router, but there was no reply. Still they have my security deposit. It will compensate the modem price. Even after one and a half years i am receiving email that they would send legal notice unless i submit the modem. This is actually harassment
