Hathway Cable & Datacom — hathway cable service made payment online but the selected channels are still not working even after making payment a/c number: [protected]

Hi there,
I have made the payment to hathway cable service provider through their website and got the confirmation through email & sms confirmation of the payment. The selected channels are from the al-la-carte options available in their website options. But the options that i have selected are still not working.
The receipt number: hat6283861d23406
Tried calling the customer care, no one responds to the call. Visited the local service provider office the response was call customer care we have no idea of this.
Please resolve this asap
