Hathway Cable & Datacom — hathway cable services - no channels and no response from hathway

Dear madam/sir,

Kindly note that i have an account with hathway for cable services and there is no reception of cable channels.

I have paid for annual subscription directly to hathway starting from september 2018.

Have tried calling hathway company executives and written to your nodal managers, and yet there is no response from hathway.

But today i have received a message that i need to subscribe to the channel.

My second query is about the new trai compliance rules and regulations, regarding that whom should i speak with as i have purchased an annual subscription.

Please can you request hathway cable team to contact and resolve the issue
