Dear Hathway, At the outset I am very upset to inform you that I made a lifes big mistake by taking a Hathway cable connection for which I am repenting and I will resolve my problem myself by switching over to another service provider alongwith my 450 neighbours because even after 48 hours of my request to my local service provider and Hathway customer care my simple problem is not yet resolved.
