[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — hathway connection and service is not the same as we agreed upon | |||
Not sure who is the right person who will resolve the issue. I was told my connection would be 40 mbps post a 6 months advanced payment. Accordingly i paid the amount. After 1 week speed got reduced to 10-12 mbps. Several calls to customer care had been made. Sometimes they took my request sometimes they did not. Some got closed without even the executive coming to my home. I got sms stating that my ticket was resolved. When questioned, a new ticket was opened. But speed remained the same 10 mbps. Recently on 17th 18th 19th 20th and 21st i have raised request everyday. While arguing with customer care i came to know only 19th and 21st request were taken. Out of which 19th request was closed from back end. Only god knows what fixes they had done, leaving my speed again 10mbps. On 21st when complaining about the same, samuel, the customer care executive could not give me any information but raised one more request. It is a daily pain for me to raise ticket everyday. Moreover i felt cheated with hathway and want to disconnect the connection. Acc no-[protected] Let me know the process of closure and money back Was this information helpful? | |||
