Need to know what is the action taken against the fraudulent / cheating act by the hathway executive from chennai, tamilnadu who cheated me by saying he would give me a better plan and offers and made me to sign to the hathway plan.
Executive mr. Dinesh (Cell : [protected]) from chennai called me on 25th october 2018 for hathway new connection with offer 666 offer (666 plus 18% tax) from second month. Believing this, i paid rs. 1343 to him. Initially when i signed, it was 799 pm, so i asked this to him to change, he said this is for the initial month plan and after one month it will get changed to 666 plan in the bill..
My account (116*) was activated. After one month when my bill got generated and it was asked to pay rs.943 instead of rs.786. When i called this executive, he requested me to send me the account details so that he will take necessary action (I have a proof) but after few days he did not pick up my call and now the mobile is not reachable.. But if i send whats app messages he is reading it and not responding back.. He has literally given me false commitment and have cheated me just to signup for hathway very cunningly.. Now his mobile is not reachable if i dial from my number. Please ask someone from your team to try dialing his number and check the status!
I have called customer care number so many times, have raised three complaints so far (Complaint details enclosed). Out of which one is closed and two is still in open… customer care executive promised me that i will get a call back from the billing team to resolve. They have called and said to pay rest of the amount to activate (Sick). Even when i try calling the hathway customer care number chennai ([protected]), it is very very tough to get connected to the customer care. After 15 mins of waiting the call will get disconnected automatically without connecting to customer care.
I want to know why he has given false commitment and why he has cheated me.. Not sure how many were cheated by him by saying this offer. I need a valid reason for this from your end and for your information i have already paid 2nd month bill of rs. 786 and i have enclosed the bill for your persual. If you would like to retain a customer then please do provide me the same plan (666 plus tax) or cancel my plan and refund my 786 plus 400 (Refund amount). I will happily say convey this to the maximum possible friends and family not to go for this hathway broadband connection since they are cheaters! Was this information helpful? |
