Hi, I did enquiry for hathway broadband plans in my apartment they have taken my address and phone number. After that hathway marketing executive came to my home and ensured me to get connection in 2 days and taken money also[deposit money + one month broadband bill prepaid]. But now its already one week happened but connection not done. And they are not responding on the call. I did more enquiry in my apartment. They will take another 1 month to provide connection in my apartment. Hathway marketing persons are trapping customers. Taken money from many customers like me but connection not provided yet. Address: jain spring meados apartment, thalambur main road, navallur, chennai-600130, tamil nadu. Marketing person - murli sisu ([protected])/[protected] Kindly consider my request.
