Hathway Cable & Datacom — hathway disconnected cable connection in spite of advance payment. | |||
Dear sir/madam, Please note that i am resident of f204, mayflower grande, opp. Noma function hall, mallapur, hyderabad-500076. I am having hathway tv cable connection for several years. Recently i purchased one more with hd settop box and paid entire amount with monthly charges regulerly.in feb 2019 end we paid total of rs 585/- in advance as per trai guidelines. Our area hathway operator named raju cable network (Mr. [protected]@[protected]) disconnected our connection in mid of march 2019 inspite of paid in advance amount and still now it is not restored. All channels are showning you are not authorised to view channels from mid of march 2019. I called mr. Madan, cable operator several times and asked the reason but now he is not picking the calls. They told it is not our problem and signal is not there from hathway. Till now there is no respone from raju cable network and they are not responding to calls. I request you to look into matter and wants my refund from cable operator. Also wants refund of hd set top box and will handover the device to them as dont want to continue with this cable connection as not getting proper service and wants to change my connection to other service provider. Please help me in getting my refund of rs 290 towards half month cable diconnection plus rs 3000/- towards hd set top box and other charges. Kindly help me in getting my refund.
