Hello, i am a new customer to hathway. I am stuck with a problem from your worst installation team and sales team. Please resolve my issue.

Problem in brief:
1. Paid 5650 on october 13th for a new broadband internet connection.
2. Installation team broke my window during the installation process.
3. All the interior painting is spoiled this process.
4. We are suffering from october 13th with out internet, eventhough i called the sales people or installation team, they are not supportive in correcting themselves.
5. Suffered for 10 days with mosquitoes as one window is completely broken. Because of that my children got dengue fever.
6. Lot of mental tension.
7. The total festival days are gone away with the discussions and arguments.
8. I never understood that taking hathway internet connection is this much painful having worst installation staff and worst managers and worst sales people.

Problem in detail explaination:
I have asked the installation team to bring the cable from one side. They have not agreed to do that way. They suggested to get the cable into the apartment from a window and during the process, because of the installation technician negligence and carelessness the window got fallen from 3rd floor to ground floor and broken. After a big discussion, they said they will bring the window to fix it from outside using joola. If it is fixed from inside, the total interior painting is going to be spoiled when they remove iron grill. After calling technician the next day, he said there is no person who use joola to do this activity from outside. When i enquired, i found one guy to do the work for 2000rs. Just for using joola excluding window charges. He said that he is unavailable for 2 months. Hence i have told technician that if the internal painting is not damaged, then you dont need to give 2000rs. If it is damaged, then i have to spent money to fix the internal paining and will take 2000rs from the technician. The technican said ok. After they fixed the window, the interior paining got disturbed. I have asked for 2000rs. To fix this and asked the team to activate my internet or give my 5650 rs back to me. They are not doing anything. We are suffering with out internet from more than 19 days + mental tension+ spoiled interior paint+ my children got attacked by dengue because of the mosquitoes came in from broken window. Please help to take care of my problem.
