Customer id [protected]. I had disconnected my internet with hathway in february 2018 by raising a case for disconnection. I had given an appointment for device pick up post which my account was deactivated succesfully. Despite this, i received an email today stating legal action against me for non return of device. They have been calling me for the entire year non-stop with their offers and now this is the last resort. This is harassment. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I had the account number [protected] of hathway. I told the executives several times that I have moved permanently from the city and stop calling me . But still they are harassing by calling 5 times a day . Please end this otherwise you are taking away your own reputation hathway.
