Hathway is the worst service provider.

1. The customer care does not respond to calls when we select the option of existing customer. Everytime I had to select the option of new customer, only then my call was attended by the executive.
2. The team doesn't have the quick resolution for the issues. Every call they will say it will get resolved by tomorrow but their tomorrow never appears.
3. The backend team/billing team has pathetic customer interaction. They disconnect the call if they don't have the answer.
4. Also the backend team is the biggest lier infact entire Hathway service provider is lier. From past 7 days my complaint is registered into their system, everyday I call them I receive the response that by tomorrow morning it will start.
8. They don't have internal team communication at all. Complaint team is not aware why ticket is still open, backend team doesn't have answer, billing team provides some other response.
I am not writing this because I faced this issue for the first time. I have faced it for many times. Even after paying full amount for 6months plan they disconnected my internet after 4 months and didn't start until my account was deactivated.
After several calls and multiple mails to their helpdesk for entire 2 months I didn't receive any positive response.
Again one of the supervisor Manthesh contacted me and promised me for best services, so took one month plan with 1 month free as my compensation, as soon as my month was over the account was again disconnected. And now from past 7 days I am contacting them and I receive only one response "by Tomorrow morning your wifi will start" I am still waiting for that tomorrow. Was this information helpful? |
