[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — hathway net plan false promise | |||
I got a call from one of the hathway staff on december 2017, and he introduced me with an offer saying that if i recharge with amount 9202/-, i will be getting 12+3 month free and i did renew my account even i had some time for renewal on 27/12/2017 but after renewal i didn't get offer mail or message confirming the plan. As on today my internet is disconnected my customer account number is [protected]. I raised complaint or request through app but no resolution and even they agreed that there was such an offer but, it was not updated in the database against my account.
