[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — hathway not responding for modem submission request & harassing me by legal notice

I used hathway broadband prepaid connection few months back.
Recently, i shifted my home location & i wrote a mail to hathway team to close my connection & take the modem back. But they did not reply & did not take the modem for last 3 months. Now they are sending me a legal notice regarding the non submission of modem. I shared them my new residence location/ contact details to collect the modem. But they are not responding.

Can you please help me on this?
