Hathway Cable & Datacom — hathway refund after cancellation of hathway broadband | |||
I have requested for new connection . My application ID: [protected]. Local Coordinator with out checking feasibility asked me to pay the amount. I have paid 3180 rs and 318 rs through my credit card. Final receipt has not been generated. But its reflected in my credit card statement. When I contacted Hathway customer care, they confirmed me that payment has been received. After payment confirmation, when I contacted the local coordinator he told me that new connection is not possible in area. You can go for refund. I raised ticket for the same .Ticket reference no: 05052018W110113 When I contacted customer care, they told me that you will get refund after 31 days. I have tried to reach Hyderabad Nodal officer.
