Hathway Cable & Datacom — hathway refund | |||
This is my acc detail and phone no. Hathway account no [protected], I request for the new connection in my area at 8 feb 2019. But due to some technical issue, there is no fibre line available in my area in vikaspuri. So i talk to your sales executive (Ajit singh - [protected]). They say we will refund your money in one week. I call in customer care executive as well. They say it takes maximum 45 days to refund, so i wait for 45 days full. But now it's almost 20 days more, they are not responding and when they pick my call always asking me to wait for one week repeat and repeat. I am frustrating right now fully.
