On 10th april, 2018 i informed that i would be moving out so kindly come and collect the modem at the earliest. But no one ever connected from your team. Every time i contact team they open a new ticket and then no follow up and then it gets closed in less than 24hrs. With no resolution. I never got the amount refund from 4th april 2018 till date (Feb'2019) Let me know how to close the account and what would be my refund amount. Will consider this as final notice and attempt to close the account for any future communication and would use this as legal document if i am charged for your services.
