Hathway tv cable service disrupted without any intimation. We bought package of 1 yr and services stoped since suddenly two weeks back.
I have filled an online form choose all channels but yet have service hasnt been activated. I’ve made server calls to the call center, main office even cable technicians. No one seems to answer their calls.
I hope you look into this matter as soon as possible.

I have taken broadband connection from Hathway on 16th feb, it is not activated even after 4 days. They took one day to cable after that nobody responds for activation. Spoke to cc/technicians multiple times, every time they have the answer that it will be resolved within 24 hrs.
Hathway please resolve as soon as possible or refund my amount.

I bought a new connection and i paid but technical team is not installing wire and modem when I call on that person who get a money from me they are not receiving my call on of your representative name raminder who force me to buy plan they also not receiving my call
