[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — horrible customer support/no refund while submission of device | |||
While i had connection, the customer support was horrible. Not once was my issue resolved. After i disconnected the connection, i used to recieve more than 20 calls in a day to renew my service despite of warning them not to call. They sent me a threatening notice after just one call to submit the device when i was not in town. Now the customer care is not picking up my calls and no mention about the refund for the device which i was promised when i got the connection. Hathway has the absolute worst service. Horrendous customer support. Impolite and incompetent staff aand poor network. Take it only at your own risk of constant intimidation and disturbance. Was this information helpful? | |||
