[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — i have raised a request for shifting of my internet connection - no response from hathway | |||
I reached out to hathway customer care for raising a shifting request 10 days before my shifting paln date. They insisted me to raise a request just 1 day before shifting date and shifting would be done within 48-72 hours after that. Following the same i have rasied a request 1 day before and now it is 10 days, no one even reached me regarding this matter. I reached to their customer care multiple time and asked for reason for delay, they said they will arrage a callback from responsible team. Till date i did not get any call from anyone regarding this. Worst thing about their service is that they ended my call in middle when i asked them to escalate my call to higher officials. Oct 22, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved After multiple calls and taking steps to deactivate my connection. Hathway responded and has done my shifting after 11 days, as per their policy it will be done in max 3 days. Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
