Hi.
Post the recent trai regulations, i am unable to select a package for my tv. The cable operator does not seem to be bothered either.
I downloaded the hathway app and entered the mac id or vc no but it says my details are not registered!
I called up the local hathway person to disconnect my connection but to no avail. I am unable to connect to any representative via the the published contact numbers.
There seems to be no way to get someone to address my concerns. Hence registering the complaint here. Please help.
