Hathway Cable & Datacom — improper services | |||
Overcharged for package channels and no provision of channels paid for. Agent is referring to one another and not taking responsibility. We have opted for paid channels however only 1 out of 5 channels is available. We tried to contact local cable operator but wasn't available on the phone for 3 to 4 days. On the 5th day we were asked to contact on another number which was switched off. Simultaneously we had filed a complaint on hathway customer care wherein we were advised that within 24 hours I will be contacted but it did not happen for 5 days and still counting. we have been facing this issue for more than 6 months. There seems to be no way for complaining against local area hathway cable operator. I urge you to look into this and take it forward from here. Was this information helpful? | |||
