[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — incorrect information | |||
Hi team.. My name is puneet kumar ahuja i have ordered a new internet connection with hathway company on 10.11.2017, account no. [protected] Complaint ref no. 29112017w844691. They told me that there is no connection available in my area.. I have already paid the installation and service amount on 10th nov. So now they are taking a lot of time to refund and even giving me wrong information that i haven't given back the router (Modem).. Where the truth is that i never got any modem or any wires.. No installation is done here. Everytime i call customer care they say that, i will get a call.. I m newly married and have commitments. My budget is limited. I had to take new connections with act service provider. And now i am stuck with no money left. All my responsibilities are being hampered due to hathway's incorrect and delayed information. I am really not happy for this. I recently shifted to a new home for rent and due to lack of money i wasn't able to pay the rent. This mental and financial inconvenience is not atall acceptable..
