[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — incorrect information provided | |||||
I am having an issue connecting to vdi and every time i have made a call i have been given incorrect information. I have made a call today (22nd august 2018) and i have been informed that i am facing this issue because of dynamic ip and i have to pay some extra amount for static ip and they will activate it in an hours. I called again an hour and customer service agent is telling me that they will activate in 48 hours. May i know why i have been given wrong information. This has caused me a great loos in my project.
